CONSULTATION
When we receive all the relevant information regarding your property, we will be able to make a judgement that we can help.
DUE DILIGENCE
We conduct a due diligence process and after agree a general rental price and any special terms subject to viewing.
PASSIVE
When agreed, we will draw up a company lease agreement and confirm a move-in date. After the agreement has been signed, keys will be exchanged, and the tenancy begins.
